Born and raised right here in Estes Park, I'm Cari Docter - proud owner of Docter Construction for the past 7 years. Although I run the business now, I owe so much to my parents who founded Docter Construction over 35 years ago. I guess excellence in homebuilding runs in the family!

I have a lifelong passion for design and creating beautiful spaces. After getting my degree in business, I brought those skills in-house when I took over our family's legacy. I love collaborating one-on-one with homeowners to reimagine their living spaces and make their dreams a reality. The mountains, rivers, and wildlife I've cherished since childhood also inspire my approach to sustainable, eco-conscious construction.

When I’m not on a job site, you’ll find me outdoors - sipping coffee on my patio, hiking through Rocky Mountain National Park, or chasing after my two Cavapoos, Chip and Maizy. Family, community, and doing work I’m proud of matter most to me.
